Established in 2013, TORRO has grown into a recognised global brand within the premium leather accessories market, with dedicated online stores across Europe, North America and Oceania. Despite its international reach, all TORRO products are designed by an in-house product development team based in Newcastle upon Tyne, helping maintain consistency in quality, function and design.
Certified premium leather
A defining feature of TORRO products is the quality of the leather used. TORRO works exclusively with top grain aniline and semi-aniline cowhide leathers sourced from leading tanneries in the USA. These leathers undergo minimal treatment to preserve their natural appearance, allowing a rich patina to develop over time. All leathers are independently certified by Eurofins | BLC Leather Technology Centre and meet British and European specifications.
Traditional tanning and natural finishes
TORRO leathers are produced using vegetable tanning, a traditional method widely regarded as one of the best processes for creating strong, durable and long-lasting leather goods. Colour is applied using water-based dyes, helping maintain the leather’s natural character while ensuring depth, consistency and longevity.
Careful manufacturing and quality control
Each TORRO product is handcrafted by carefully selected global manufacturing partners, then shipped to TORRO’s Newcastle headquarters for rigorous quality control and hand finishing. Every item is individually inspected by in-house experts, with any product that does not meet TORRO’s standards rejected before dispatch.
